  January to February 2004 Preparation for UCF's Inauguration Gala  
  March 19, 2004 Inauguration of United Cambodian Families at Mirage Palace - Sown in Nine Board Officers  
  April 14-18, 2004 United Cambodian Families participate in the 2004 Cambodian New Year celebrations at Wat Darmawararan and at APSARA.  
  June 27, 2004 UCF Board Leadership Development  
  July 11, 2004 Strategic Planning at Family Resource and Referral Center  
  August 19, 2004 Community Forum on Crime and Safety at Park Village Community Center - About 40 leaders attended  
  September 23, 2004 Hands Across Stockton - Sponsored by University of the Pacific. UCF and APSARA joint information booth at Weber Point Park  
  October 1-13, 2004 Voters' Registration Drive, gathering voters at supermarkets and the Buddhist temple. 60 registered.  
  October 19, 2004 UCF leadership at the City Council to voice public comments and support on Battambang, Cambodia to be Stockton sixth Sister City. Stockton City Council Voted: 6-0 in Favor.  
  November 2004 Planning meeting and training for VITA, a program to launch in February 2005 (with CPF)  
  December 2004 Joint planning meetings to welcome the delegation from Cambodia for Sister City Flag Raising Ceremony  
    Then-UCF Executive Director (Now-President) Sophat Sorn partcipated since Summer of 2002 to 2004, in University of the Pacific's Jacoby Center's project "Stockton Speaks!"
