UCF and APSARA joint information booth at Weber Point Park     October 1-13, 2004 Voters' Registration Drive, gathering voters at supermarkets and the Buddhist temple. 60 registered.     October 19, 2004 UCF leadership at the City Council to voice public comments and support on Battambang, Cambodia to be Stockton sixth Sister City. Stockton City Council Voted: 6-0 in Favor.     November 2004 Planning meeting and training for VITA, a program to launch in February 2005 (with CPF)     December 2004 Joint planning meetings to welcome the delegation from Cambodia for Sister City Flag Raising Ceremony       Then-UCF Executive Director (Now-President) Sophat Sorn partcipated since Summer of 2002 to 2004, in University of the Pacific's Jacoby Center's project "Stockton Speaks!"
