The mission of United Cambodian Families (UCF) is to enhance the quality of life of the San Joaquin County Cambodian-American community by providing culturally competent services, empowering families to become self sufficient, and promoting equitable access to health, social, educational, and economic opportunities.

VISION

UCF’s vision is for Cambodian Americans to have the empowering knowledge and resources that lead to the achievement of their goals. Our vision also includes a supportive community environment that promotes positive social change, health and well-being.
